Bookings Processing

We request information from the applicants to process bookings. An applicant must provide accurate information such as name, age and contact details . Such information will not be disclosed to any third-party. If we have difficulty in processing a booking, the information is used to contact the user.

Profile

We store information that we collect from applicants on a database. The database is used to manage the organisation of the event and to promote other similar events organised by us. We do not share the database with other third parties.
