The Rotary Clubs of Marlow Santa's Fun Run
A bigThank Youto everyone who entered the Fun Run and to the spectators who turned out to cheer encouragement, it made the event a big success. We had a fantastic turnout with over 760 Santa's running/walking through the town so congratulations to all those who completed the Fun Run and we hope you collected your finisher's medal.
Please let us have any feedback good or bad so we can make it even better next year.
We would very much appreciate if you could collect your sponsorship monies and send at least 50% of the money to us as soon as possible to ensure we give the Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust a very happy Christmas. Please make your cheque payable to The Rotary Club of Marlow Thames. Then once the Treasurer has done his figures we will publish the amount raised for Thames Valley Air Ambulance.
We have now posted the results so you can see where you came versus the rest of the Santas. We have loaded the photos from the event.
The date for the 2009 Santa's Fun Run will be the6th December 2009so bookmark this site so that you can be assured of a Santa Suit by getting your entry form in early (they are usually available six weeks before the event is held).
